The photo looks nice with good color and reasonable composition. Yet to me at least, you don't prove your title in the picture.

Suggestions:

1) The electronic copy is too small for me to see that much detail. If I could see right off that the lightswitches had been torn out, you would have proven your point.

2) In that spirit, you really want to focus on the "turn off light" sign and the light switch. You don't need so much empty space on the left hand side. You need some, but not as much as you have.

3) Is there anything new in California industry that indicates extreme conservation measures? Try to find it. Regards, KEP
