aneely 0 Posted February 22, 2005 Nice composition Nicholas, though I probably would have sacrificed a bit of the ceiling structure or used a wider lens (of course, one never has all of the tools handy) to show the people down to and including just a bit of the walking surface (floor?). But then, that's just my style. I assume the slight lack of sharpness is a scanning issue. Link to comment
nicholasprice 0 Posted February 23, 2005 I think you are quite right about the scan. I'll get out the originals for this and the rest of the folder, and have another go. You are also quite right about the foregroung people being cut out of the frame. Unfortunatly this was already a 20-35mm zoom at 20mm! - so to capture more of the people, I would have had to crop out more of the sky, which I thought was of more interest - Oh, if only I had a fisheye lens! nicholasprice 0 Posted April 2, 2005 As suggested by Alex, I've rescanned this image, and reposted it. I have also slightly altered the converging verticals, but I have posted the original scan here so that others can see to what Alex's comment refers. Oh, the joys of finally having a decent scanner! Regards, Nick. Link to comment
