stnoonan 0 Posted July 10, 2001 I think this is a great portrait. Wonderful lighting and dramatic use of a teddy bear. Bravo. Quote Link to comment
shalin_scupham 0 Posted July 11, 2001 Quite the intense little boy there... The lighting is VERY nice for window light. Clean background as well. I thought it was a studio shot when I first saw it... the focus on the bear is a little soft, which i find a little distracting, but it's only a very small problem. The expression is the thing. Like most portraits, it doesn't have much appeal to those who don't know the subject. But this is an outstanding shot. Stand proud. Quote Link to comment
boko 0 Posted July 13, 2001 What a cute kid. I can't believe that you stuck that ugly teddy bear in with him. The little boy's(I'm assuming he's a boy)gaze is very intense and mesmerising. Is he about to cry or is he intrigued by his reflection in the cameras lens. I love it, this is what makes a classic image. Portraying the human condition in every avenue of society.I think a close up on the boy's eyes would be interesting. Quote Link to comment
