steve_bingham 0 Posted March 25, 2004 Encounter indeed - of the highest magnitude. Great stuff - as is all your work. Minimalistic yet full. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted March 26, 2004 I like this, too. So few elements, yet it stands out and makes you keep looking. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 26, 2004 This would begin to make sense if there was a coherent compositional idea expressed. Say the gentleman stands (larger) at lower right, begins to walk into scene (just right of center), turns as shown left, and begins to disappear into fog (smallest) at center. As is, this looks like grayscaled "colorforms" with lots of wasted white space. And I just don't really see the "encounter". Link to comment
thomas_turk 0 Posted March 27, 2004 Faith..The guy with his back to us is having a pee, the other two are watching. That is the encounter...Dimhead...The computor turned his pee white. That is the purpose of computing, to make a clean pix... Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 27, 2004 Proffessor Thom, I know you miss my comments first up. Secondly, I dont want you to get the wrong impression. We will disagree most of the time but what the heck is so good about this pic? Answer= nothing, its a mess. Better than mine, not hard to acomplish. A strain on my eyes. There Thom I agreed with you. Guest Guest Posted March 28, 2004 Illona ,I did not rate this pic negatively because I am sure this is a form of art that is not my style,no art is my style. The rest of your photos are stunning. See Thomas I did not use the word nice again. Link to comment

w. roger keagle 0 Posted March 31, 2004 Mist and snow, two of the hardest things to capture, and here is is, with subject in hand, a story as well, we are blessed with this image !*R* Link to comment
jean_jones 0 Posted March 7, 2005 I love this.I agree with some of the other comments, that the men do not seem to have a given relationship, but I think that is the beauty of this picture. Every time you look at it you're wondering (and imagining) what's going on. This is a picture I would never get tired of.Well done Link to comment
