The Sun Sets on Ft Griffin

After having my 4x5 for a few weeks I went out and took this

photograph. These are the partially rebuilt ruins of an old 1870's

Texas fort (Fort Griffin) near Albany and Abilene. I managed to take

this photograph as the sun was setting while it was out of the clouds

for a few seconds. I'm finally able to scan these transparencies

after purchasing a scanner recently, so I'm still learning some

scanning techniques (as well as how to use the 4x5).
