Part Two: Inside

This one reminds me of a mystery like "Clue". With a pretty suspect being caught with the handbag...

I'm not sure what you were aiming for, but that is my gut reaction.

Yeah, the lighting lends an aura of mystery to this. Very nice.

I'm glad that's what you see in this. As that's exactly it. Having such a great model helps a heck of a lot as well! She really nailed out every shot.

This is yet another in a series I shot recently, comment, critique. I'd like to know what

people think of the lighting for the series in general as well.

I think this is a nice traditional portrait; however, the contrast seems very harsh. Did you intend for the handbag to be so dark?

This is not really so much of a portrait. It is part of a series of fashion photos

 

. Yes, the bag was meant to be dark, but not too dark. Such things are hard to tell across platforms, so I'll say that it is fairly low-key to me, but not black. If you see it black, then that's not the intent, however, colour matching is a thing of the future I guess, not the present.
