Very nice, Ken. Nice lighting, nice texture and I like the wood background. I did GROAN at the title, though....and you thought I was bad at naming mine!!!

I can't decide which I like more your pictures and titles or the comments that follow the previous...anyway visiting your portfolio always leaves me with a smile and something new to think about.

Very Nice. Metal,wood,wheat and glass. the wood is wonderful just like in the pic with sheepskin slippers. Try Ice block also and see what that looks like with sun light going thru. I really like this.

Actually, I like the image a lot. Some of your comments on this image may seem obvious to everyone, but sometimes sharing your thought process, both what you saw and how you interpretted it, will inspire others both specifically, and generally.

 

I like the aesthetics, particularly the monchromatic aspect, and the symbolism of your subject. I can also see why some post processing might be appropriate. I like the use of shadows to frame the image, and wonder if the bright areas on the bottom and upper right might be toned down a hair.

What was the original title? I guess I missed it...

Well, if I had seen that one, I probably still would have groaned. Oh well, title doesn't matter - I still like this one a lot.

Great tones and lighting. The shadow to the left of the grains is a little too harsh, perhaps lighten up in PS. I love the wood tones, and the reflections in the glass!
