This is a photo I took along a coastal spot on the island of Guadeloupe. It took some

time and a lot frames to get something that captured what it felt like to be there.

This is a pretty dramatic shot and the shutter speed is just right. I like the composition. However, you could have darkened the upper portion of the picture by using an ND grad filter. Also, at a lower angle of the sun, I think the whole photo would have been nicer.

Nice splash!! The sky is just a TAD bright on the left and a little stronger contrast would make thsi an excellent photo. Still, nice job! Keep shooting! Check out some of mine if you get the chance.

You're absolutely right Momo. This is one of those cases where the dynamic range of the scene was one heck of a lot greater than what slide stock could handle. I was fortunate enough to have had a polarizer which helped immensly.
