Loch of Skene 2

Aesthetically, much better than most shots in the folder. The light and sky could of course be more spectacular, but you have well framed the water area with all sorts of branches. Neat.

Thanks, that's probably because this time I went to the loch "just" to take photographs. I was by myself, so I could spend time looking at a right place to shoot from.

I think I was just a few minutes too late. Becauses I went right after work, I just couldn't make it on time. Next time I'll try to be there when the sun is a bit higher, so that I get a better view to shoot, and also my camera will work better (a P&S doesn't help that much when the conditions are not that perfect).

From your version, I like the bottom side, because I can see better all the plants, and some of the water behind. But the top side seems a bit too bright. Maybe that'd be more realistic of an earlier shot.

I'll try again this week to get a shot earlier in the evening, so that I do get more light and definition in the picture.
