Hate it when the sky doesn't cooperate. Maybe crop out the sky portion since it's doing nothing for you.

High contrast scene! the problem is that you ended with a "whited out" sky in the background... I may have liked the perspective to be a little bit different, like a lower point of view and a little bit more to the left, but that way you would have cut the building on the right in half... maybe just cropping the top a little? Otherwise, good use of the "ramp" to guide the eye!
