louise bridge 0 Posted March 3, 2004 If by "flower in the back" you mean the iris blooming lower on the stem, which appears below and to the left of the main focus of the image, No, not at all. I rated this image higher than I ever usually rate flower pictures precisely because I found the composition really very, very striking just the way it is. Link to comment
louise bridge 0 Posted March 11, 2004 I was looking at this image again and decided I liked it even more. Because of the "S" -ness of the composition. I am eagerly awaiting my own irises' flowering in a few months. Link to comment
