Staring at me

I'd like to get a critique not based neither in Aesthetics nor

Originality, but what you feel about the deer on the picture.

There's a deer farm a couple of minutes away from my house, and a few

days ago, I went to take a few pictures (there's a nice loch in there

as well). I stopped by the deers, and most of them started walking

away from me, but this one just came towards me, like my dog would

do, and I was even able to touch its face. It was really nice, but I

felt quite sorry for the deer, its face looks quite sad IMO. But

well, maybe that's their expression, and can't help it.

I didn't really have a chance to pay attention to the light or composition, because I was just looking into the eyes of the deer; instead of paying attention to the camera.

I think that the light was also tricky because of the sun and the snow; I find it quite difficult to get proper light and colours and that condition.

BTW, what do you think about the deer itself?
