Isn't this too dark? In the original picture you could see green

moss on the rocks.

Beautiful, you hit the shutter speed perfect on this shot. You have made crisp and soft merge perfectly, its like sweet and salty. I have seen many shots like these so which normally I would mark down on originality, but there is something original about this photo, maybe its the way the water spreads at the bottom or maybe its the sharpness of the tree that sends a single branch into the softness of the water, I dont know but it is nice to look at.

Beautiful image, well composed and the branches on the left fit well.

I forgot to tell you, I dont think it is too dark, I would have loved to seen the moss but I wouldnt have missed it if you didnt tell me that it was there.

No, it is not too dark. It focuses attention on the waterfall which is beautifully rendered. I think it is more stunning and has a greater visual impact this way.
