Lannie, I think you can share with Roger and Ken - no need for them to send photos along. I was thinking some 'coon burgers and armadillo tacos might be interesting. We'll have lots of tequila and homebrewed wine. A fun time will be had by all!

Sounds like GREAT breakfast fare ... egggggggssss (courtesy of Ken ... or, wait ... Knicki has several egggggs already peeled (more than she knows what to do with, right?) ... SHE can bring the egggggs!) ... eggggggs, tequila, and that Danish bitter stuff with Bente. (Bente ... you might just prefer to ride with us from the East Coast, fly into Boston and come with Linda to pick me up in VA and Lannie and Regina down South there!)

Roger, sure bring the snake. Pets are welcome. Lannie, I'm surprised this thread has lasted this long! Bente, long trip, but it will be worth it. Not sure what all will clear Customs, though. We'll definitely be having lots of eggs, Lou Ann - the neighbor up the hill has a yard full of chickens, so Ken will likely be spending all of his time over there.

yes..I have plenty in the egg department. Devil'd eggs for us all. I'll leave the tofu at home if you serve me lots of drinks too.

Knicki, this was originally a rose. There are a couple of different filters I use to get this effect, plus I have (obviously) altered the color in this one, too. When everyone gets here, we'll have a Photoshop workshop on creating distorted flowers (or eggs, in Ken's case).

I was thinking carnation because of the folds. I really liked your other rose you did.

Thanks, Knicki. I don't think I've tried a manipulated carnation yet. The roses seem to work best.
