Really nice! The contrast of the rough gnarled hands, and the tender, loving touch that is occurring really makes this one stand out from other similar shots I have seen. The peaceful/content/comfortable expression on the little ones face is amazing. I see that look in my 6 year old daughter sometimes when I am holding her.

The only thing I can say that might have improved the shot is I'd like to see the entire hand instead of cropping at the fingertips. Irregardless, this is certainly a commendable photograph.
