I'm not completely sure if this is manipulated, if it's not, it's a bloody amazing shot and please ignore the rest of my comment completely. However as far as I know about the sky over water, the manipulation doesn't exactly appear believable. The reflection in the water does not match up to the sky esp. at the horizon. At the same time, the clouds seem to shot from below and not on end as they would appear at sunset as well, they are much grainier than the rest of the scene. There are ways to fix this in PS, but I don't understand why it would need to be manipulated in the first place. I think the scene on it's own is excellent--both of them!
