Do you work on the set of Full House?

I like the photo, but I can't help thinking that the colour is off just a bit. Has anyone shot this in b&w? Hmmmmmm..

Michael: since I am just a beginner, both on shooting and in digital darkroom techniques, can you elaborate more on your critique about color?

I too think that it has great potential for a B&W. By the way,"Full House", was a long running, early 90's sitcom about a family growing up without their mom. There were 9 people living in one of these houses by the end, hence the name. They lived on this street. Our @ least ficionally they did.. :) The show is where Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen got there start. They doubled for thr roll of Michelle.

Perhaps it was your purpose to oppose the houses of the foreground with the buildings of the background, but I think these later hamper the photo. I would have do another croping, with more of the trees in the bottom, and only the sky above the roofs (but perhaps I make a mistake)

My intention was indeed to show both the old houses in the foreground and the new buildings in the background, compressing the space to make them look even closer (with the help of a short tele lens).
