cityshapes 0 Posted February 21, 2004 based on feedback of an earlier version, I tried to find a shot that included the caregiver's face... reactions very much appreciated. Link to comment
corey 0 Posted February 21, 2004 This is a good shot I like the reflection, however I am not sure if the reflection was added later or not, It looks like the top of the standing guys head is reflecting above the top of the wall, it could be a light flare also, it was just something I noticed. cityshapes 0 Posted February 21, 2004 I noticed that too - but it's a straight shot, no manipulation. Thanks! Link to comment
hanna_cowpe 0 Posted February 21, 2004 When I first saw this I thought it was odd his reflection carried on above the wall, but looking closer makes me think it's flare. There are other ones on the wall and, being round, it happens to align with his face and look like his head. It's better than the other image in that his face is included. I wonder if boosting the contrast a bit would make it clearer. Link to comment
dominiquedodge 0 Posted April 7, 2005 Was it raining or misty? Or does your camera have the ability to cry? Like as if seen through tearful eyes ... Link to comment
fnocera 0 Posted June 21, 2005 I like this photo very much. It is the sense of the war! My compliment. Link to comment
bens 0 Posted January 27, 2006 Amelia, i honestly don't recall seeing a more poignant image of this memorial, having looked at many. consider cropping down to the top of the wall. a small thought. this is brilliant. Link to comment
