A bit unbalanced. The lighter frame edges draw the eye away from the central point. If this was hand-printed, you could burn and dodge somewhat. But placing the corner in dead-center makes the overall image rather bland.

I have an old trunk at my house that looks exactly like this!

 

I think the cropping on the left side, should be out more...so you can see the entire...uh...clasp thingy? I'm also kinda interested in knowing what the words on top says?

 

But its a unique angle for this picture.
