very nice shot

I like the balance of the color and the placement of the objects in your shot; nice angle, overall well balanced, with some spiffy shadows. I'm still learning, but I don't see anything I would do differently. Congrats.

I really like this photo for two reasons: First, I like the depth of field, this is very nice macro work. And second, I like the aesthetics of the flower, with the pointy sphere and the drooping petals. Very nice!

I used a cheap Vivitar 100 3.5 macro. This lens is really sharp for the money.

I think this is a fine shot, just wish the bug wasn't so centered in the frame.

Really beautiful, I would be very pleased if this was my shot! I do agree with Mark though the only other comment is that the beetle could be less centred...but I don't know where would have been best! So anyway, well done :-)
