chris_whaley 0 Posted July 6, 2001 Very cool perspective Tony. Haven't seen a shot quite like this. Great work. Link to comment
tony_dummett 0 Posted July 6, 2001 Thanks Chris. I've seen this statue (or what remains of it) photographed many times. So I thought I'd try something different. Great statue by the way. From this foot I'd say Constantine had size-192 feet. Makes you wonder, doesn't it.... Link to comment
terrence_kent 0 Posted July 7, 2001 There's no fungus amongus here, his feet hath gone petrificous, indeed. Excellent work, and just imagine what the other tourists thought while you were taking it........."podiatrist on vacation? Well, I never!" :) Link to comment

tim_chorlton 0 Posted October 26, 2001 I found your site through a comment you made on mine, and I have to say, this is one of the best collections of pictures I've found at photo.net to date. But this is by far my favourite - This sort of picture is sooo not what this format was intented for - and that is its beauty. I love the way that it is at first very amusing and the colours work very well together; but it also suggests that the statue is simply gigantic. So big that it won't fit in a format usually associated with sweeping landscapes. Wow, I'm exhausted from all that flatering - I'm off for another root around your site. Link to comment
DB_Gallery 87 Posted November 2, 2001 coming right at me in this shot. I always crack up when I see this. The fact that it does not have bottomless DOF is a nice chage of scenery too. Good shot! db Link to comment
ladawna 0 Posted January 20, 2002 I've never wanted panoramic format until seeing this. Your pictures are wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing, especially the Blood Sweat and Tears folder. Link to comment
arthur sevestre 0 Posted February 18, 2002 Wonderful in every way. The subject is funny and impressive at the same time; technically it's perfect and then using a panorama for it... Great!! Link to comment
