I think this could benefit from a little more contrast overall, and the sky could probably pumped up more. I can see that clouds are there but it might help if I could see them better. Just an idea. Also the reflection is a nice touch

perhaps a little sharp for the fine lines, although this is a great pic for its tones and composition.

Rob, Great theme for Sesame Street; near-far! :) The connection between the reservoir and windmill is well made here & the reflection is icing on the cake. Looks like the perspective one would get with a normal lens. A wide angle version would also be interesting to see. Even though it would tend to minimize the size of the windmill you may have made up for it with a larger reflection in the trough. A red filter may have helped to accentuate the sky. Not too busy in my opinion. All the elements, trough, fence, seem to fit. Fine result for your efforts in any case. Best, LM.
