Standing against the elements

This beautiful area has small scots pine groves dotted around a loch near the Braemar Junction in scotland. I was attracted by the sparkling curving sweep of snow arcing towards the pines against the vibrant blue shadowy mountain range with its sunlit peaks in the background. The blue cast was deliberately left uncorrected.
