The message conveyed is strong and makes me shrug. On the "green" side, you should include a disclaimer "no actual bird died or was injured", smth. like that ;-)

I suppose the images would be more related if they were all oriented in the same way.

I am not happy looking at the images but I guess that is what you are going for so, touche.

if they are "ok" if you are "in to" dead birds, what are they if you are "not in to" dead birds? becuse I am not in to dead birds I just come a cross them from time to time. I take pictures of every dead thing I come across in life, it might be morbid but I like to share the beauty of the world that I come across.337*

Lee, I am not surprised that some people find this picture disturbing. But then not every one has the eye and mind of an artist, as you clearly do.

Like many truly good photographs, this image carries a narrative within which words have no place. I think it has a beauty all of it's own.

Not sure what is your intent here, but there is nothing new or original in being attracted to "dead things". This phenomenon has been described in medical literature a long time ago. Greetings from a living thing.

I'm not entirely sure why this was dismissed by many with such thinly veiled hostility.

Three different birds, yes, but each in a more advanced state of decay...so thematically the decay does progress.   It certainly resonates with a universal theme of the cycle of life and death.
