connealy 0 Posted February 8, 2004 Another revealing look at gulls, this time highlighting their gregarious side. The backlighting creates a very nice interplay of line and tonality. Link to comment
w. roger keagle 0 Posted February 8, 2004 I thought you had cloned them....what you did was feed them ! Great in the backlight ! *R* Link to comment
gilbert_fortier 0 Posted February 9, 2004 Very nice color, nice backlighting. They look kind of lost in the cold... like if they didn't know what they are doing there. Funny! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted May 22, 2004 The color and lighting really makes this stand out. Without it, it would be just another seagull composition. Link to comment
MichaelChang 12 Posted November 17, 2004 Hi Regina, I messed around with this image for my own amusement; hope you don't mind. Here's one variation. Link to comment
1000wordsphotography 0 Posted November 18, 2004 Thanks for your take on the photo Michael... I often forget to try the shot as a B&W. This works pretty well. Always enjoy your visits to my portfolio! Link to comment
bryan olesen 0 Posted January 3, 2005 I like this. You managed to get nice details in the birds considering they're all backlit with the late (or early) sun. Nice work. Link to comment
oswegophoto 1 Posted February 22, 2005 I'm in awe, this really is incredible considering the backlight. The B&W versions are interesting, but the color here really kicks it up a couple notches, so I'd vote not to mess with it: it ain't broke. Link to comment
