Open Star Cluster M37

One of three open star clusters in a small area of sky.

I think I'd have to be an astronomer to truly rate this properly. However, since astrophotography is relatively rare on photo.net, this rates high on originality. Also, it's sharp, clear, and, as far as I can tell, nicely resolved. While it's not as grandious as a nebula gas cloud, it has a nice charm of it's own. So, aesthetics ranks pretty high as well. Nicely done, would like to see more.

Oh yes, one suggestion. Maybe next time you should consider using a fill flash to open up some of 3/4 tone detail. ;-) Regards, Mark
