alecee 0 Posted February 3, 2004 The evening light cast an awesome reflection on the glass border surrounding the restaurant. Made this shot with a tripod before dusk. Appreciate any comments / critique. Link to comment
peter_apostol 0 Posted February 3, 2004 Colors are brilliant! Deep saturation and crispy resolution. Reflections on windows gorgeous too. Link to comment
andrew_coker 0 Posted February 3, 2004 With the reflection in the glass, it's almost like you have captured two scenes in this photo. Nicely done. Link to comment
ljk 0 Posted February 3, 2004 Alec, this is an awesome capture. Composistion is just right, and your timing was perfect! Link to comment
johnorban 0 Posted February 3, 2004 Great capture of color as others have noted. I actually think this shot would be better off without the lighthouse. From a composition standpoint, it detracts from the viewer drinking up all that beautiful color. Link to comment
jay_philbrick 0 Posted February 4, 2004 Beautiful colors. The reds and the purples go well together. Nice job. Link to comment
root 0 Posted February 4, 2004 Well seen, well exposed. The lighthouse is the third element that helps balance the composition. Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted February 4, 2004 Good eye, Alec! I would also keep the lighthouse as it helps with both composition and expanding the color range within this superbly colorful shot (making red more red.) 2 thumbs up buddy, this one hits the spot! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted February 4, 2004 Very nice capture. The lighthouse definitely balances the shot. The tones and colors are very effective and pleasing. Link to comment
california-seascapes-photo 0 Posted February 11, 2004 I would definitely keep the lighthouse. Maybe if there was a little more space to the left of it might be better in my opinion. This is an excellent shot, very original in an area that is difficult to find something original. Link to comment
