One of my most prized photo's

michaelb

The problem I had taking this picture was my nerves. I was 50 feet from her and used a Canon 70 - 210. I was closer than the press.

The shoot is o'k but I've got some comments.

Why did you cut the face of the man at left? It changes a composition a little and influance on the all picture.

The colours are very good - quaiet and peacefull.

Right down corner - the head? Will be good if you cut it off.

Despite all mu comments, the portrait itself is very good.

Literally a photo of a lifetime.

I envy you! :-)

I hope that picture generates you some serious money, then you donate that to charity as she would have wanted.

Congrats.

Sometimes the Subject transcends the modality.

This photo is not about photography, it is about Humanity. Your prize is not the photo--Your prize is the Subject.

Well done!

The pose is wonderful. You got the essence of this fine woman. The colors are beautiful. I would have liked the background more out of focus to enhance the subject.

All in all, good for you.

It does not matter what negative comments you get with this photograph. What does matter is that you were at the right place at the right time. Great photo.

It is a personal achievement type of shot however if you took some time to blurr the back ground it would have been super. The photo is ordinary but the subject is not. Good for you.

You are a very lucky person to have this shot. Great job. Excellent pose by the Mother. It would have been great if there is a little more light on the face (or) you touched the picture via some software.

This is a photo for the ages! You got a great expression and it shows true that she was always praying with the rosary. My youngest daughter is a Catholic Nun for ten years now. She visit Mother Teresas, congregation in NYC for a week, but she decided for a congregation in Miami. The Sisters of the Pierced heart of Jesus and Mary is the one she entered. She always talked about Mother Teresa and her legacy. Looking at all the POW I found your tresure, and I congratulate you for it. Warm regards from Miami.
