Not sure I like this composition. You were right in the time of day though. Just scout out a lot more places to shoot from.

Is that the Village People on the top floor?

I agree with Jennifer that the composition could be more interesting on this shot. Possibly going to the stree level and shooting with a different perspective. Great warm tones though!

Thanks for the comments. Yes, I need different shooting locations. I have been taking this scene from my balcony. However, this one was actually taken through my living room window as it was only 2 degress outside at the time and I didn't want to go out at all. When I saw the light I couldn't resist taking the shots even though there would be more interesting compositions if I were to go walk around the streets.
