I like this, but I would make a few changes. The eye on the right is cut off.If this iscropped, you might want to try including it. Also, by keeping only the blue in her eyes, it looks like she's almost wearing contacts since they have a similar effect. If you can inclue the rest of the color in her eyes it might have a stronger effect. Over all I like it- I think the eyes are the most expressive part of a person, but you could tell that from my portfolio =).

Melody,thank you for your comments. Actually I was sitting on the couch with camera in hand and just turned and shot a quick one. All in all, not much of a capture. But, the eyes, even in the color shot, really stood out. I tried to keep them as natural as possible and desaturate the rest to make them the focal point. As for the crop it was only cropped at the bottom, top and left. But, since the eye on the left was the main focus I thought it worked. Thanks again for looking.
