Jokes aside, your bug is quite beatiful as well, and I think complements the flower's beauty in this photo...it's a nice, simple presentation, and makes an otherwise common flower photo more interesting. You've managed to focus well, and the photo has a nice overall appeal.

nice shot. a bit more contrast between shadows in the flower might be nice, but this may very well be a monitor problem on my end. anyhow, i love the photo. well done.

the amount of dark space and framing draws my eye from the bee, and the contrast seems a bit off, though that could be a computer thing. but otherwise intriguing. off the cuff impression.

I think the contrast being off is a result of my inexperience at tweaking the colours combined with me touching the flower up to remove the yellowish faded patches from the petals...
