Another interesting shot from a continuing series of candid street portraits

from times Square, NYC. I love the expression in this one. Yes, I see the yellow

light on his shoulder. It doesn't bother me, though. Ratings/comments on this or

Mark, your request for critique took the words out of my mouth. I would have been tempted to clone out the light and glad you didn't.

I really like the yellow light and also the out of focus shadow-possibly a shoulder?-thing to the right..I think these two things put the starey guy in context, I love this shot! I went to NY recently and this about sums it up for me

Nice expression. But here the background light is a real nuisance imo, because his looking UP and this light pulls our eyes DOWN. BTW, for this picture, there really isn't any point to keep it in color. The bckgd light would amost disappear with a little burning in B/W.
