Great colors and clarity. Much more interesting than most bird photos I see.

Simply beautiful, and the bird is almost perfectlyseparated from back and foregrounds with your depth of field. The greens in the photo seem a little dull - a different film next time, maybe? But just a lovely take. Congratulations. [Edit] oh, it's digital - maybe some different light next time - but you take what you can get when you can get it.

Cliff, terrific shot -- very crisp but natural, active, the eye contact, the colors -- i've tried some bird shots, they're in my folder fyi -- and i know this is a tough moment to get.
