markskelly 0 Posted January 15, 2004 This is one from a continuing series taken on 42nd St. in existing street light. I'm really happy about this one. I've been doing these most nights for about a month, and I think I'm getting better at working with the lighting. It is, to say the least, challenging. I really like the classic, timeless look of this. There is a stillness and intimacy to the image, almost as though she were seated or standing for a portrait. Any ratings/comments on this or others in this folder greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mark. Link to comment
g_blanchett 0 Posted January 15, 2004 I really like the almost monochromatic color range in this photo. I almost wish there was a bit more depth to the background -- the black is a little flat. Link to comment
mg 0 Posted February 9, 2005 The head is turned away a bit too much: there isn't much left about this expression... Link to comment
