I love this folder of yours, you have a very nice style that somehow is present in all your photos. I wonder why it got 1,2 rating from Brake? Great work.

Very cool. I can hear Rancid pounding when I look at this. The boys a time bomb.. anybody who rated this a 1 or 2 needs his head stomped in. Sigh....to be a punk again.

I see why one dingbat gave this a 1 and 2 now, you should look at that critics portfolio. One should not cast stones in glass houses and all that.

I think a 1-2 would be fine as a rating if the person at least had the courtesy to explain why he / she felt that way. A drive-by rating that is low as compared to the many others just indicates he's a jerk and nothing more.

much thanks for your commments and ratings. i wouldn't mind the low stabs so much, if like Kevin said, there was an explanation for it. when one does that i can only assume the image is either offensive or distasteful to them in some way, which is fine with me, too...but then you're really basing the rating on personal preference, and not really it's aesthetics or originality. the first person with the 2/1 obviously doesn't like this vein of work, based on their own images. the 1/1 rater doesn't even have any images up. i guess i also could have put a minor warning on the title, too. expecting an image related to say, dancing, and then getting a nice butt in your face might no go over so well, ahahah.

 

 

i think the "1-2" is asexual, has no sense of humor and fun . freaking puritan .

A day late and a dollar short, but the lighting is harsh and the skin tones are not that great, nor is it straight. However, it is ok as a snapshot for the family album. After some time I could raise the rating to 3/3. I'm not opposed to nudes or nearly nudes, in fact I've rated some of those very highly. I simply don't think this an image that is all that original or aesthetically pleasing. Personal preference? To a certain extent, of course. All of us are affected by that to a lesser or greater extent. For whatever reason we are drawn or not drawn to certain images.
