jheimsch 0 Posted June 29, 2001 Nice photo. Very original, and interesting composition. Not something for my wall, but would make an excellent ad...which is what it was for I am assuming (?). Good work Link to comment
james___ 0 Posted June 30, 2001 Yeah dude! This is so cool. Did you ride the whole thing? This could be my buddy who was whining so much that I left his ass and don't know what happened to him. I hear you can get a tour service to guide you now. The overlook is awesome in a thunderstorm. Nice image. Did you get a lot of shots on the trip? James Link to comment
joel_symonds 0 Posted July 8, 2001 Sorry to say this, but I would've preferred to see him wearing shorts and a shirt, maybe some sneakers too. After looking at it for a while, my brain went "His helmet's there, so's his bike, and he hasn't been moved since he died, so this is a naturist cyclist?!" Link to comment
tedrttr 0 Posted July 29, 2001 It's nice to see someone with a sense of humor here to break up the monotony. Link to comment
pikshur 0 Posted August 8, 2001 The White Rim Trail is a backcountry 4WD road in the Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park. The pictured sign of Hardscrabble is one of the backcountry campsites along the trail. The gentleman named in the caption was told that there was a Gift Shop at the top of Murphy Hogback, another backcountry site on the trail. His disappointment at not having a place to buy goodies was apparent when we arrived there. Yes, I actually had this skeleton with me to do just such a shot--this is not a manipulated photo.
