Sorry for the low rating but there a few things wrong here, firstly she's out of focus, the contrast is a bit bland, plus there's red eye from the flash.

She's a beautiful girl perhaps circumstances prevented you from composing correctly, I don't know but these were my thoughts on this shot.

I do like the way you framed this image, and I think it is a really interesting subject.

However, I agree with the previos poster; the image isn't sharp and I also feel her eyes look lifeless. I think a little more eye contact (although not essential) with highlights would have made a stronger image.
