Jerry, looks like a fence post at the bottom of the frame that needs to go bye-bye. I love the color transition of the ocean to sky!

Nice photo...but: the horizon could be more horizontal (a pet peeve of mine), and I agree - the fence post on lower right is distracting. Also, I would have raised the camera a bit to get some more of the distant shore (maybe with sky above it?). Great photo, though; I'm moving to Calif., and can't wait to hit the Pacific Coast Highway!

I was down that way a couple weeks ago for a wedding at Spanish Bay. We are going out again for a week in June and can't wait. What a great spot to be taking pictures.

 

I really think the photo is very good. the colors of the water - sky, and the red on the cliffs make this very eye catching. I do agree with the others about cropping the lower part - makes it even better.

 

Very appealing photo. I agree that it would help to get rid of the fence post at the bottom and make sure the image is level (Even I broke down and spent $33 for a flash hotshoe level a couple of weeks ago!).
