waterden 0 Posted January 8, 2004 Very striking and interesting - much better uncropped. Can you describe the lighting you used? Link to comment
toja.com 0 Posted January 8, 2004 Lighting: Two umbrellas on the background, one softbox to the right of the model and since all I have is a snoot, I put it up on a chair in front of the model (to your right) and set a reflector in front of her (to your left). Worked out fine. One polaroid and Voila:) Link to comment
peter_kervarec 0 Posted January 8, 2004 Hi Chris, I love your philosophy and the pose and lighting - only a very good photographer good achieve this outcome. Any photograph is subjective - hence my former opinion. Link to comment
doug_spice 0 Posted January 9, 2004 A great shot, and I'll agree the "incorrect" framing is what makes it really shine... hand colorized? Link to comment
toja.com 0 Posted January 9, 2004 Doug- scanned straight from negative without color corection. I used reala 100 shot at 80 with all these subtle colors and it worked out well. The pale make-up helped as well. Link to comment
