Lighting: Two umbrellas on the background, one softbox to the right of the model and since all I have is a snoot, I put it up on a chair in front of the model (to your right) and set a reflector in front of her (to your left). Worked out fine. One polaroid and Voila:)

Hi Chris, I love your philosophy and the pose and lighting - only a very good photographer good achieve this outcome.

Any photograph is subjective - hence my former opinion.

A great shot, and I'll agree the "incorrect" framing is what makes it really shine... hand colorized?

Doug- scanned straight from negative without color corection. I used reala 100 shot at 80 with all these subtle colors and it worked out well. The pale make-up helped as well.

I see Rikkie calls this boring. Oh man, if anything this shot is very much alive!

7/7 this one is so amazing...i have never seen such soft subtle color. The pose and space reach me more than words. Almost too good.
