Hi Jalil. Nice portrait. try boosting up contrast or adjust the highlight shadows and midtones. Right half of the face looks washed out and over-exposed

this one, is powerful portrait u have in your gallery. and I have a suggestion, if u can remove your web link from your photos, or select smaller font size. cuz it effects on image.

here is great, and the visual relationship between the ring and eye, make a nice impact.

 

The lighting (although a little strong) works well for this kind of image.
