jbrand 0 Posted January 3, 2004 I can't decide whether or not to try removing the out-of-focus Javelina. What do you think? Link to comment
michael_ward1 0 Posted January 4, 2004 I wouldn't worry about the pig. It's really just a dark blob, and nicely sets off the bright colors of the bird. I would, however, apply some more sharpening. USM is something that should be done after the image is resized. 90,.5,0 and the feathers just pop out. Link to comment
jbrand 0 Posted January 4, 2004 Thanks for the tip. I usually use usm first! Will change the sequence! Link to comment
fred_j._lord 0 Posted January 5, 2004 The grapefruit and the bird are wondrously hued. The background isn't at all a problem. I suppose I'd best get to the far south sometime. The bird life is fantastic. Link to comment

fred_j._lord 0 Posted January 8, 2004 It was -9°f last night. Not bad today. Snowing now so I have to go skiing tomorrow. Maybe we'll do Texas next year. Link to comment
