I met her when she was 6 years old and so was I.

She was the perfect litlle girl, pretty, smart, and very nice. Over 20 years has passed and she is still the same.

The entire left side is washed out, The lighting is too harsh so much so that her face blends in as part of the background. The details of her pearls and her hair is gone. Pretty lady though!

Love the curl of hai r and the skightly washed out eyes. I would question the intensity of the burned out bacground on the left of frame. None the lessa another good image...

A great piece that demonstrated the subtle use of color in a monochromatic shot. I enjoy the softness of this shot. The hair curl adds a nice touch. One of the better portraits I've seen here in a while.

This is lovely. I like the satiny look of the skin. It gives the model a softness. I do feel like the left of her body and face are burned out by light. I might would bring that out just a little. Other than that, a lovely portrait. I wish I had the skill and knowledge to do portraits this well. I have a ways to go yet. I always like viewing your work. Thanks for sharing.

You really do have a subtle touch with these light tones. Yet the forehead appears to extend to the wisp of hair ... if it could but have the same edge as the shoulder ...

The pearls offer just the right contrast to the intense lighting and the eyes have it. The soft sculpture of the shadowed side reveals what is abstract on the left. I like this!
