i like the overall simplicity of the picture. the contrast is good. i guess i would like maybe to see more chair and less door.

When shooting simple lines, the lines need to make a statement. You've used about a quarer of your space with lines, when probably it would have been better to shoot your lines on a third of the space. The lines of your chair don't really participate in your creation. Take a piece of paper, and draw only the lines that you shot.. then draw the blocks of light vs shadow, and see if that looks good to you, probably won't. when you shoot lines, and definition, you have to learn to see what your shooting that way.
