gareth_harper 0 Posted January 4, 2004 Michele, what you can see is that the bird has been selected, there are the tell tale selection marks around it. I thought perhaps the bird was shot seperately from the background. If that was the case then I feel it's miss-leading to post it and sit back and take all the praise for this 'fantastic shot'. As it is I'll take Miguel's word that it's a natural shot albet with a wee bit help from photoshop. Would love to see it without the added blur. Link to comment
Sandeha Lynch 5 Posted January 4, 2004 Pixillation from file compression is a pain, especially if it misleads viewers into supposing that the photo has been heavily manipulated. Your bird work is outstanding Miguel. Link to comment
bryan olesen 0 Posted January 7, 2004 Very Nice Miguel. I have been getting into birds over the past year and have only recently seen owls in the woods where I sometimes go. I really hope I can get some images as good as this some day. Very nice... Link to comment
misterken 0 Posted January 29, 2004 Not just an outstanding shot, Miguel, but a view of the Barn Owl that even those of us who live with them rarely see. I mostly hear them or see their shadow pass by in the early evening. - Mister Ken Link to comment
ssmith 0 Posted March 30, 2008 That's a great shot of a Monkey-faced Eagle (as we call them in Georgia). All of your photos are beautiful. Keep up the good work! Link to comment
