Very nice use of repetion and great silohuetts. The progression of color and the postions of teh wings really draw the eye into the photo.

You stated it's unmanipulated, then it's a wonderful shot. Perfect moment, good exposition...

Nasty little letters you write. If my rating was 1-5, then something must have gone wrong somewhere. A 1-5 rating also is a rather strange combination, you surely must have noticed that.

I know I rated your picture and hesitated between 5-5 and 6-5, but I don't remember my choice between those two.

 

Loking at the image again, I'm still wondering how you managed to catch those three birds in one shot, with this DOF en no motionblur.
