Oats in Storm

Took this during a violent storm. The clouds where opening and

closing in seconds and causing sudden diffused areas of late

sunlight. I missed several shots because the light changed as I

pressed the shutter. This was one of my better results.

If the sunlight drifted and illuminated the barn in the background this photograph would have a stronger sense of perspective

Very nice work. A foreboding scene, as if the earth is waiting for something to happen.

I have to agree with Anthony's suggestion, (not that you had a lot of control over it!), but nevertheless, the grass is lit wonderfully and the dark skies to suggest something out of "Lord of the Rings". Well done!

Have to agree with Anthony. Were you lucky enough to capture such a situation ? If so, post that too. This one is very well done.

Very strong impression, perhaps because of sharp line between the light and approaching darkness and the openess of the landscape. The picture evokes that troubling feeling one has right before the storm. Excellent!
