nowhereman nl 0 Posted December 31, 2003 I think the metro and the colored railing make a nice combination together. Do you think the kids toys are disturbing? Link to comment
oskar_ojala 0 Posted December 31, 2003 I don't find the toys disturbing. One idea to try is shooting with a wideangle lens, eg. 24 mm or 20 mm, to dramatize the gently curve of the metro and the fence (I've been looking for a similar setting and haven't yet found a good one...the colors and lack of clutter are very nice in your image.) Guest Guest Posted December 31, 2003 Richard, I like your idea, but the toy vehicles, whose dynamic lines provide a nice counterpoint, are nearly lost in the composition. There's a superb photo in this by losing the foliage and shadow orphans off the left, some of the top, much of the right, increasing saturation, and flipping the image. Just a free suggestion. nowhereman nl 0 Posted December 31, 2003 Oskar, I will go back to this location and shoot at this location with my wide angle lens to see how well it works! Gary, I like your idea alot, I have never looked at this photo like that! Very interesting! Thanks! Link to comment
arnabdas 0 Posted December 31, 2003 Perfect composition! Additional bonus points if you didn't crop it ... Link to comment
