LenMarriott 9 Posted June 15, 2001 This statue in front of Union Station in Toronto has been photographed many times by others. This is my take on it. Originally in color, I thought it had more impact in B&W. Link to comment
adam_laverty 0 Posted June 15, 2001 I like this alot.... it's the sheer length that gives it credit.. Also good work on the background.. Link to comment
mark newcombe www.mcnphoto 0 Posted June 16, 2001 Len I like the way it looks like the statue is holding the building from falling, technique is great as with your hole folder, well done yet again. Mark Link to comment

ivan colman 0 Posted March 5, 2003 For any one looking to this photo as an piece of art, it must be striking how much symbolism you have put in this photo. Only for the incrowd, used to fawn on sterile and inspirationless shots there are maybe some deatils to discuss. For me it is one of these rare photo's that really affirm photography as a real art Link to comment
nomade 1 Posted April 17, 2005 Nice capture, I like for its graphical nature. Maybe trying to correct the tilt of the verticals (perspective distortion), could accentuate its artistical appealing. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted April 17, 2005 Nestor, Your input is much appreciated. Perhaps, someday, if I decide to print this one, I'll put your suggestion into action. Best, LM. Link to comment
