... is my reflection. The mother is looking out and the doughter can play beeing safe. Thrilling picture of the family album! I like it!

You are a very talented artist Tamara and I enjoy viewing your work.

Some people take pictures, others make statements.

(Well said!)

looks striking overall; it caught my eye. but I don't know if the halo around the child is good. you could have left the backgound nearly white and it would have made the point anyway

I am not sure about the halo around her too. I did not plan it that way but I put some filter in PS and it turn out like this. I think about puting some color around her.

a bit of fiction is always nice in the faction. a feminin jesus christ, ehh, jesus christa.

maybe as critic i think the lace of your underdress is not nessesary. the concept is good humor, fine holiday time. yours, mike

The dress isue is another thing I did not plan. It is a nightdress and I sware it has just fall off.The only thing I can do now is to remove the black line (only visible part of dress) but I am not sure if "dresless" with go with the concept also. I don't know..

You certainly are producing images with great style. I really like the thoughts behind the images. This could also represent a woman reflecting on her own youth. You will soon have a very extensive portfolio.

I really like this photo and the title. After looking at it for awhile, I wonder what it would have looked like if you were looking away from the camera? Just a thought.

Title makes me think of the phrase of "The apple of your eye": what an eye!

Also there is a good combination of sexy and mother in this ... That's difficult to do AND be tasteful.

The compositions in your portfolio are very bold and innovative. I enjoyed my self tour.

This image is captivating and I particularly like the use of "negative space" as I can read a world into it. Your solitary and camera direct eye is the steady and frank gaze of the world of "adults" and is nicely counterpointed by the innocent demeanor of your daughter's downcast gaze. The arrangement of each person's hair (pulled back and styled; natural and carefree) reinforces the adult/child difference. The "halo" effect should perhaps be toned down as you have effectively told your story without the need of the added spotlight. Very impressive.
